The professional development subcommittee exists as a resource for WoAA members to assist and support their career growth, provide networking opportunities, and to encourage member professional success.  Previous initiatives by this committee include events held online and at the premiere AIAA conferences, including seminars, panels, and social events, both in conjunction with local chapters and at the national level. If you would like to get involved with WoAA professional development, please contact our team.
